By accessing or using the Renew360 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including employees accessing the platform through their employer's wellness benefit program.

Renew360 provides a workplace wellness benefits platform that allows employers to offer health and wellness products and services to their employees. The Service includes: • Online marketplace for wellness products • Credit-based benefit management • Order processing and fulfillment • Account management tools • Customer support services

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and update your information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use • Be responsible for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you are accessing the Service through an employer-sponsored wellness program: • Your access is subject to your employer's program terms • Benefit credits are provided by your employer • Your employer may have access to aggregate usage data • Termination of employment may affect your access • Unused credits are subject to your employer's policies

When making purchases through the Service: • All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated • Employer credits are applied before personal payment • You are responsible for any amount exceeding your credit balance • Payment is processed securely through our payment providers • Sales tax is calculated based on shipping address • Refunds are subject to our Return Policy

• We ship to addresses within the United States • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information • Signature may be required for certain products

• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease • Consult your healthcare provider before starting any wellness program • Some products may require a valid prescription • Product availability may vary • We are not responsible for product manufacturer claims

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Renew360 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content • Use our trademarks without permission • Reverse engineer any part of the Service • Use the Service for any unauthorized purpose

You agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate others or provide false information • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access • Use the Service for fraudulent purposes • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Share your account credentials

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENEW360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renew360, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
