Our Policy

Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, please submit a support ticket through your Renew360 dashboard for assistance.

Our customer support representatives are standing by to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our product quality, customer support and delivery.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested through the portal before the order shipment has shipped.

Once the order has shipped you may not cancel your order.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your Renew360 dashboard
  2. Navigate to "My Orders"
  3. Find the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Order" (only available if order has not shipped)
  5. Provide a reason for cancellation
  6. Submit your request

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an order with any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

  • Damaged products during shipping
  • Missing items from your order
  • Incorrect products received
  • Products that don't match the description

Submit a Support Ticket

Log in to your Renew360 dashboard and navigate to the Help section to submit a support ticket. Please include photos of any damaged items and your order number for faster resolution.

Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscription orders:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard
  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing date
  • Orders already processed cannot be cancelled
  • No refunds will be issued for subscription orders that have already shipped

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved for a valid claim (damaged, missing, or incorrect items):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credits used will be returned to your Renew360 credit balance
  • Card payments will be refunded to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
